WebGuard is a diagnostic tool. It does not replace professional security audits, penetration testing, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONLINEPORQUPINE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or security breaches on your website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Scan reports you generate are yours to use. You may not claim ownership of the WebGuard platform, brand, or methodology.
