By accessing or using WebGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Service is operated by ONLINEPORQUPINE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17108652), with a registered address at 8a Yorick Road, Colchester, CO5 8HT, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptable Use

You may only use WebGuard to scan websites that you own or have explicit written permission to test. You must not use the Service to:

• Scan websites without the owner's permission
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to overload target servers
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorised access
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute scan results without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

3. Paid Tiers and Subscriptions

WebGuard offers both one-off purchases (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and monthly subscriptions (Platinum, VIP). By purchasing a paid tier:

• You authorise us to charge the stated price to your payment method via Stripe.
• One-off purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier provides a summary security score and issue count only. Detailed findings, fix instructions, PDF reports, and compliance scores require a paid tier. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Scan results are complete, accurate, or up to date
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Following our fix recommendations will make your website fully secure

WebGuard is a diagnostic tool. It does not replace professional security audits, penetration testing, or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONLINEPORQUPINE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or security breaches on your website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Service is owned by ONLINEPORQUPINE LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal purposes.

Scan reports you generate are yours to use. You may not claim ownership of the WebGuard platform, brand, or methodology.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
